Psychiatrist | Full-time is 35 hours per week | Manhattan

• This facility needs a Mission-driven Psychiatrist seeking clinical autonomy, thoughtful pacing, and meaningful impact working with individuals and families
• Deliver psychiatric care in community-based settings where relationship-driven, recovery-oriented care is the priority – not volume.
• This is a full-time outpatient role embedded within multidisciplinary teams in the Bronx and Manhattan, with protected time for collaboration, learning, and professional development.• Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday 9:00–5:00 (35 hours/week plus lunch)• Low caseloads and minimal documentation burden, allowing adequate time per patient• High level of clinical autonomy and creativity within a recovery-oriented care model• Opportunities to teach, supervise trainees, and develop trainings • Competitive salary, excellent health and dental benefits, malpractice coverage
