Client Note: AWS Cloud architect with solid vmware to aws migration experience. Require professional and security certification.
Key Role Responsibilities
Architecture & Migration: Lead enterprise data center exits and move on-premises VMware workloads to AWS using VMware Cloud on AWS (VMC) and VMware HCX for seamless workload mobility.Tooling Execution: Utilize tools like AWS Application Migration Service (MGN) and Migration Hub for discovery, replication, wave planning, and production cutovers.Networking & Security: Design secure AWS landing zones, VPCs, subnets, Transit Gateway, and hybrid connectivity (Direct Connect/VPN) while enforcing security controls like IAM, GuardDuty, and KMS
