Position Overview

Skillsoft Global Knowledge is seeking an experienced, strategic Event Marketing Manager to design, manage, and continuously evolve our multi-format global event marketing architecture. Serving as the primary center of excellence for our digital events and webinar programs, you will orchestrate the complete virtual lifecycle while structurally supporting regional field marketing teams with first-party customer forums, executive roundtables, and third-party trade shows. This high-ownership track requires an optimization expert who can manage complex platform migrations, enforce strict lead-routing workflows, and track event-sourced pipeline conversion metrics inside corporate automation layers.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Strategy & Calendar Planning: Develop and govern an prioritized annual global event calendar that balances first-party executive summits, third-party industry conferences, and regional webinars across targeted enterprise market segments.
• Webinar Platform Migration & Administration: Own the comprehensive digital event ecosystem, taking the absolute lead on evaluating, selecting, onboarding, and configuring a new enterprise webinar provider.
• End-to-End Virtual Production: Direct all phases of webinar delivery including speaker enablement, technical dry-runs, landing page layout setups, live broadcast moderation, and post-event automated nurture loops.
• Partner Marketing & MDF Maximization: Collaborate with partner marketing leads to identify, pitch, and execute co-branded event frameworks eligible for Market Development Funds (MDF) allocations.
• Field Logistics Coordination Support: Partner with local Regional Marketing Leaders to coordinate third-party booth productions, vendor procurement contracts, shipping schedules, and on-site sales lead capture apps.
• Pipeline Attribution Analytics: Track event-sourced pipeline contributions across all platforms, establishing accurate lifecycle attribution rules inside Salesforce and delivering ROI analytics to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of verified professional history in event marketing, field marketing, or high-volume demand generation frameworks managing trade shows, user summits, and virtual programs.
• Robust, hands-on production expertise managing enterprise-tier webinar and digital event platforms (such as Zoom Webinars, ON24, BrightTALK, or Goldcast ).
• Demonstrated proficiency building and launching integrated marketing campaigns across email channels, social media networks, and paid display layers.
• Advanced operational literacy utilizing CRM and marketing automation engines to manage registrant leads (with a strong preference for Salesforce and Marketo setups).
• Outstanding project management mechanics with a proven capability to drive multiple overlapping initiatives across different geographies simultaneously.
• Excellent budget coordination skills with a strict track record tracking real-time spend pacing against strategic return-on-investment thresholds.
• Location Context: 100% remote-first operational infrastructure availability open to qualified event managers permanently residing within India .

• Prior technical marketing familiarity managing partner-funded or corporate vendor co-sponsored event programs.
