responsibilities:
What You'll Do (Responsibilities) - Advanced Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues across PC, Mac, and mobile devices.
- Systems & Account Management: Utilize Microsoft Windows OS, Office 365, and Active Directory to manage accounts and permissions.
- Remote & Tool-Based Troubleshooting: Use remote diagnostic tools and software distribution platforms to identify and fix issues efficiently.
- Asset Management: Provide end-to-end asset tracking and support for end-user equipment.
- Service Delivery: Apply strong problem-solving, project management, and written/verbal communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service.

qualifications:
What You'll Need to Succeed (Requirements)
Experience: 2+ years in an IT support role within a mid-to-large business environment.
Platform Expertise: In-depth, hands-on knowledge of PC and Mac platforms, including hardware, software, and networking diagnosis.
Core Tech Stack: Proficiency with Active Directory, Office 365, Windows OS, and Mac support tools.
Soft Skills: Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
Flexibility: Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and available for occasional light travel.
Education: BS/BA degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
