Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist

As a Speech-Language Pathologist at The SPEAK Center, you'll take a hands-on role in transforming lives. Your responsibilities include:
Therapy & Evaluation
Evaluate and provide direct speech-language services for students with IEPs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Supervise and support SLPAs during therapy sessions
Student Engagement
Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging therapy experience
Foster meaningful connections with students and families
Ensure therapy is student-focused and progress-driven
Collaboration & Documentation
Coordinate with school teams and SLPAs to manage student schedules
Maintain accurate records and notes in alignment with TEA standards
Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and staff
Professional Growth
Participate in ongoing professional development
Stay current with new research, tools, and therapy strategies
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active SLP license and ASHA Certification
Pediatric experience and passion for working with children
Knowledge of therapy tools and techniques
Strong communication and organizational skills
